Bradley Nolan, SPREP

Bradley is an Environmental Scientist who has been leading the delivery of the regional PacWastePlus Programme, EU funded and implemented through SPREP, to the 14 Countries of the Pacific and Timor-Leste. Bradley has worked extensively throughout the Pacific Region, New Zealand, and Australia, where he was formerly the Director of Environment for the Hunter Joint Organisation of Councils, Waste manager of Councils in Australia and New Zealand, and Policy and Programme officer for the NSW State Governments Waste Authorities. Currently based in Samoa, Bradley is leading a team of specialists to improve data collection for informed decision making, improved community engagement to create behaviour change, strengthen legislative environments to protect the environment and provide industry confidence, improve waste management infrastructure, and build the capacity of waste professionals in the Pacific Region. The PacWastePlus Programme is ending in June after 7 years of implementation.
