CAPT Elizabeth DeGrange, USPH/GEPA

Elizabeth is a commissioned officer with the United States Public Health Service, and assigned to the Guam Environmental Protection Agency in Barrigada, Guam as a Senior Science Advisor. CAPT DeGrange is a Health Services Officer (HSO) with degrees in Chemistry, Biology, Forensic Science, and Emergency Management. The early part of her career focused on viral characterization and vaccine development with the National Institutes of Health and the US Army’s Medical Research Institute of Infectious Disease, and over the last decade, she has been serving in public health emergency management, both at Commissioned Corps Headquarters, and with the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response.
