Chie Bio: Chie Takase is an experienced Environmental Health Specialist at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency, specializing in the Green Parcels (Brownfields) Program and the Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP) with an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Guam.

Tasi Bio: Tasi Castro is an Environmental Health Specialist at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency. Her background includes specializing in the Air Pollution Control Program and has now recently taken on roles in the Green Parcels (Brownfields) Program and the Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness (HMEP). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences- Public Health/Global Health at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina and is working to complete her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology at Liberty University.
